Westchester County

  • On Friday, Dec. 20, State Police from Brewster arrested Michael A. Verella, 44, of Somers, for DWI. He was traveling on Interstate 684 in the town of Southeast, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Dec. 21, State Police from East Fishkill arrested Maribel D. Polanco, 35, of Bedford, for Aggravated DWI. She was traveling on Interstate 84 in the town of Southeast, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Dec. 21, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Jeremiah I. Anderson, 29, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the village of Croton-on-Hudson, when he was found relieving himself on the shoulder of the roadway. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Saturday, Dec. 21, State Police from Somers arrested Victor H. Cruz Asencio, 34, of Mount Kisco, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law, a felony. He was traveling on State Route 100 in the town of Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol with children under sixteen in the vehicle, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Dec. 22, State Police from Stormville arrested Louis D. Morrison, 26, of Mount Vernon, for DWI. He was traveling on the Taconic State Parkway in the town of East Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Dec. 22, State Police from New Lebanon arrested Vanessa Lapolla, 48, of Peekskill, for Aggravated DWI. She was traveling on Albany Turnpike in the town of Chatham, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Sunday, Dec. 23, State Police from Cortlandt arrested Lee A. Borg, 31, of Croton-on-Hudson, for DWI, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation, a felony. She was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
  • On Monday, Dec. 23, State Police from Cortlandt arrested German J. Pineda Leon, 26, of Peekskill, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 9 in the town of Cortlandt, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

  • On Saturday, Dec. 21, State Police from Stormville arrested Sean P. O’Flaherty, 55, of East Fishkill, for DWI. He was traveling on State Route 376 in the town of East Fishkill, when he was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed he was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.

  • On Sunday, Dec. 22, State Police from Hawthorne arrested Melinda S. Ramoutar, 26, of Kingston, for DWI. She was traveling on the Sprain Brook Parkway in the city of Yonkers, when she was stopped for a violation of the vehicle and traffic law. Investigation revealed she was under the influence of alcohol, and was subsequently arrested.
